Recruitment is finding the right fit for everyone
It’s about getting to know your needs as an employer, then understanding your candidates, and being the voice for both. It’s so satisfying when I’m able to place the right person in the right role and give everyone a big boost.
As your talent scout for marketing, communications, design, sales, and tech roles it helps that I’ve worked in sales, marketing products and services. So, I get your challenges, know the skills you need, and my network is packed with specialists in these fields.
My approach isn’t traditional or formal. I don’t expect you to read big, long reports on candidates. No one has time for that. I’m all about easy, approachable conversations and delivering the goods.
My recruitment promises to you

Recruitment requires long-term thinking. We’ve skill shortages in New Zealand for many specialist roles, so I’ve spent eight years growing my network for when the time's right.
For example, I don’t recruit many entry-level roles, but I often meet marketing and design grads to build a relationship at the start of their career. I keep in touch, so when they’re ready to make a move, I’m first to know, and you get to snap that excellent talent up, fast.

People’s experience of your recruitment process is so important to your company’s reputation. Bad recruitment experiences impact your brand. It matters how you make candidates feel.
I’m always looking out for your brand. That can mean keeping candidates engaged while they’re waiting for you to make decisions, supporting you to elevate your interview game, or giving feedback when a candidate isn’t successful.A good recruitment experience = good communication.

I introduce you to amazing candidates you might not have discovered. Not only do I find you exceptional people who aren’t on the market, I also help you consider people who may not feel like an intuitive fit. Sometimes a fresh perspective or skill set can bring so much more to your team.
A little bit more about me …
You can rely on me to understand your business needs, and your culture. I’m honest, authentic, and straight up. As a result, I’ve many long-term clients, organisations who’ve continued to work with me ever since I became a recruiter in 2016, because I deliver results.
I’m naturally sociable. I've always been in people-orientated roles, enjoy meeting people, and hearing their stories. People inspire me. So, when I discovered recruitment, it felt like a natural fit.
Brought up on a North Canterbury farm, I’ve always loved outdoors and being active as much as being social. So, when I’m not hunting your next superstar, you’ll find me walking my dog, swimming, at hot yoga, or enjoying art, music, and travel.
