Part‑time Business Development & Marketing Executive
Reterniti is a New Zealand‑based company offering a unique and meaningful way to remember loved ones. They create beautiful, solid memorial stones from ashes, giving families a personal and lasting keepsake. Their approach combines care, innovation, and respect, helping people keep memories close in a way that feels natural and comforting.
As Reterniti expands into Australia, they are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support sales growth and manage trade relationships. This is a hands‑on, part‑time role that blends business development, relationship management, and marketing coordination.
The successful candidate will build and nurture strong relationships, manage the CRM and trade database, and act as the primary liaison for key accounts and Australian‑based sales agencies. Working closely with the Managing Director and under their strategic direction, you’ll also coordinate sales training content, oversee social media and PR activity via external agencies, and produce monthly eDMs.
We’re looking for someone with a sales and marketing background who enjoys variety, thrives on relationship‑building, and works well as part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll be confident supporting sales activity while managing the day‑to‑day functions that keep business development and marketing activity running smoothly. Experience in business development, CRM management, and working with marketing or PR partners is important, along with strong communication skills.
On a personal level, you’ll be proactive, energetic, and adaptable, with a genuine willingness to take ownership. You’re self‑motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently, and experience in the Australian market would be a bonus.
This is a part‑time role of 30 hours per week, spread across five days, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully as Reterniti grows across New Zealand and Australia.
