Investr, by Mike Greer, is a Kiwi-owned property investment business helping New Zealanders build long-term wealth through residential property. The team supports clients across the full investment journey, from clarifying goals and strategy through to acquisition and ongoing support, and is known for its practical, client-focused, end-to-end service. 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead Investr’s sales team from its dedicated Christchurch city office. This is a senior leadership role with real ownership, focused on investment property sales and contributing to the next phase of the business. The role requires strong, visible leadership, clear direction and team development, alongside active involvement in the market. Building strong referral and partner relationships, and strengthening Investr’s presence in the property investment space, will be a key part of the role. 

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded sales leader with experience in property, financial services, or high-value B2B sales. You’ll be comfortable having investment-focused conversations, including returns, value and contract detail, and confident supporting clients making significant financial decisions. Strong people leadership skills and a growth mindset are essential, along with the energy to build momentum through relationships, sales and team development.
