Reporting to the Manager – Brand and Digital Production, you'll lead a specialist team of experienced communications and digital professionals responsible for reporting, campaigns and digital channels. This is a leadership role at heart, with a strong focus on coaching, supporting and developing people. You'll provide direction, foster a positive team culture and ensure high-quality outcomes across the team.

We're looking for someone who has led communications, digital or marketing teams before and enjoys helping people succeed. You'll bring strong relationship-building skills, sound judgement and a solid understanding of content, channels and audience engagement to provide strategic guidance without needing to be the technical expert in every area.
