Performance Marketing Specialist
Alpine Spas
Own and optimise paid media across Google and Meta
Manage significant advertising spend across ANZ
Hands-on performance role with permanent or fixed-term flexibility
Use your digital expertise to drive performance across New Zealand and Australia for one of the country’s leading spa, sauna and ice bath retailers.
Alpine Spas has built a strong position in the New Zealand and Australian markets and has ambitious plans for continued growth. With digital playing an important role in that growth, they’re looking for an experienced performance marketer to join the team and drive paid digital performance across both markets.
This is a genuinely hands-on role within the digital performance team, which acts as an internal digital agency supporting the internal marketing teams. Responsible for a digital marketing portfolio, you’ll manage Google and Meta, along with EDMs and automated email flows, while also supporting paid digital activity across the wider business. You’ll be working directly in the platforms, managing significant advertising spend, monitoring and optimising campaigns and using the data to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where improvements can be made. You’ll turn those insights into clear recommendations, working closely with both brand teams across campaigns, audiences, content and creative.
You’ll bring strong direct performance marketing experience and enjoy getting into the detail. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, along with strong analytical skills, commercial thinking and the confidence to explain performance in a clear and practical way. You’ll be comfortable testing, learning and continually looking for ways to improve results, while being thorough and accountable in how campaigns are set up, managed and optimised. Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar platforms would be an advantage, along with the ability to adapt short-form advertising copy.
Alpine Spas offers a fast-moving, down-to-earth environment where there’s plenty happening and plenty of opportunity to have an impact. With continued growth across New Zealand and Australia, it’s an exciting time to join the business and be part of what comes next. The role could be considered on either a permanent or fixed-term basis, offering flexibility for the right person.
