Commercial Sales Manager role driving residential growth across Canterbury, suited to someone who can generate work and deliver results.
Operating since 2006, Miles Construction is an award-winning New Zealand business specialising in commercial, residential and multi-unit projects. With a national footprint and offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, they’ve built a strong reputation for quality delivery and long-term client partnerships.
They are now looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of growing and shaping their residential and design & build work across Canterbury. This is a commercially focused role with real accountability sitting across sales, design & build and early-stage development. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, converting opportunities into confirmed work and helping bring more structure and momentum to how residential work is secured and delivered.
This opportunity will suit someone with a strong commercial mindset and credible construction knowledge. You’ll be comfortable operating in that middle ground, able to build relationships and drive sales, while also confidently talking through the design and build process with clients. You’ll also have a feel for how opportunities are generated and supported in the market, with a practical understanding of marketing, lead flow and how this connects into sales performance. Just as importantly, you’ll be a straightforward, grounded operator who fits well within a construction environment that values trust, clarity and a pragmatic approach.
The role works Wednesday to Sunday and includes weekend show home coverage, so it will suit someone who values autonomy, is motivated by earning potential and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
