This newly created leadership role is designed to lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team across the Southern regions. You'll provide strategic guidance, foster growth, and ensure the team operates with confidence, efficiency, and collaboration. Strengthening key relationships and driving business development will be central to your success. 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll align regional sales strategies with national objectives—ensuring seamless execution and measurable success across Christchurch and beyond. Another key aspect of your role will be delivering technical support, providing expert guidance to specifiers, applicators, and your team to ensure product knowledge and compliance are upheld. 

While experience in the architectural and construction sectors is advantageous, this role prioritizes leadership, business development expertise, and technical acumen. Your ability to think strategically, manage relationships, and inspire your team will be essential in driving sustained success within this industry-leading organization.
